Moni's Crab Cakes
You will need:
- 1 lb. of jumbo lump crab meat
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 to 3 slices of white bread with the crusts cut off
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. of Old Bay seasoning
Blend all ingredients together with a fork or your clean
hands. I like to soften the bread in a little milk first
before adding it. Shape into patties. Fry in oil or
broil in oven until golden brown. Makes about 6 nice size
patties. Serve with Cocktail sauce.
