German Chocolate Upside Down Cake

You will need:

  • 1 Pillsbury Moist Supreme German Chocolate  Cake Mix
  • 1 can of Pillsbury Cocoanut Pecan Creamy Supreme Frosting

Filling:

  • 1, 8 oz. package of cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar 
  • 1 egg

Pour cake mix and 1 and 1/4 cups of water, 3 eggs, and 1/3 cup oil into the mixer or a large bowl and mix well on med. speed.  

In a 13 X 9 inch pan spread the frosting evenly in the bottom of pan.  Next mix the cheese mixture and pour over the frosting.  Now pour the batter over it and bake at 375 degrees for about 42 to 52 min.  Remove from oven and let set 2 min. then loosen edges with a knife and invert to a plate and let stand for another 5 min.  remove pan and devour.
