Chocolate Fondue and Dip
Chocolate fondue:
In a fondue pot place the following ingredients:
- 1, 12 oz. bag of Ghriadelli milk chocolate or semi-sweet
chocolate morsels
- 1, 14 oz. can of sweetened-condensed milk
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Melt all ingredients together but be careful not to scorch and
leave on low. I like to serve squares of pound cake or angel
cake or devils food cake or even cheese cake and fresh fruit that
has been rinsed and dried.
This is a fun dish for friends!
Dip:
- 1, 12 oz. bag of Ghiradelli milk or semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup shortening
Melt together in a sauce pan and dip washed and dried fruit
into the chocolate and place on wax paper to dry. Arrange
on tray and serve! How easy is that?
