Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

I would suggest that you buy the little tin papers in a cake store or craft store that you will need for this recipe.  They usually come in different colors of foil.

Melt in a double boiler a 12 oz. bag of Ghiradelli milk chocolate morsels on low heat after the water comes to a boil and add 2 tbsp. of shortening.

In a bowl combine 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter (I use Jiffy) 3/4 cup of 10X sugar and 1 tbsp. melted butter.

Carefully coat each foil cup with the chocolate and let set.  Next add the peanut butter filling but leave room at the top for more chocolate to seal.  Next add a little chocolate to the top for sealing and let set till hardened.

These are delicious and make wonderful gifts!
