Spectacular Taco Dip
Ingredients:

3 med. ripe avocados

2 table spoons lemon juice

½ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. black pepper
-
½ cup sour cream
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (I use McCormick)

2-10&1/2oz. cans bean dip or (jalapeno bean dip if you
like it hotter)

1 cup green onions chopped with tops

2-3&1/2oz. cans ripe (black) olives chopped

3-large chopped tomatoes

Optional: 3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce (this is
something I added to my sister's recipe to give a little more
crunch)

1-8oz. pkg. cheddar cheese finely shredded
1. Peal and mash
avocados in blender or processor until smooth, add lemon juice,
salt and pepper.
2. Combine sour
cream, mayonnaise and taco mix in separate bowl.
3. Spread bean dip
on large shallow platter, top with avocado mixture, then sour
cream mixture (3 layers).
4. Sprinkle chopped
onion and olives over mixture, then sprinkle about 3 cups shredded
iceberg lettuce, then add the chopped tomatoes (If you like you
can also add a few tablespoons of salsa for added flavor).
Cover with shredded cheese.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips of your choice.
