Grilled Italian Chicken Breasts

You can make how ever many of these chicken breasts you need.  This recipe is so easy and feeds a crowd if you want it to.

On a large piece of strong aluminum foil, place your chicken breasts and sprinkle first with a little salt and pepper then garlic powder and paprika, turn over and repeat on the other side and add some fresh chopped basil if you like.

Take the foil and all to the grill and place, with the foil, on a preheated very hot grill to sear in all the juices of the chicken.  and cover with the lid and after 5 min. turn over and place a large tomato slice, about 1/8 inch thick on each breast then fold a round slice of provolone cheese in half and add to the top of the chicken breast.  Cover and cook another 5 min. or until done and serve.

Chicken will be very juicy and the tomato adds a nice touch along with the melted cheese.  You can sprinkle a little chopped large leaf parsley on the top for presentation.  Healthy eating and yet so delicious!  You can serve them as sandwiches or as a meat entree.
