New York Cheese Cake
Crust for 9 inch spring form:
- 3 tbsp. butter melted
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Press into a spring form pan and slightly up the sides as well
and bake at 325 degrees for 10 min. and cool if using a metal
spring form pan. If using a dark non stick form then bake at
300 degrees for 10 min.
Filling:
- 4, 8 oz. packages of Kraft original cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 extra large eggs
Cream ingredients together in a mixer on med. speed adding eggs
last one at a time until creamy and smooth. Pour into crust
and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 5 min. to 1 hour and 10
min. or until the center is almost set if using a silver
spring form. Bake at 300 degrees for an hour and 5 min. or 1
hour and 10 min. or until the center is almost set if using a dark
non stick spring form pan.
Run a knife or metal spatula around the rim of cake to loosen
and cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or over night and
top with what ever fruit or topping you like.
