Easy Cheesy Potato Casserole

I double this recipe for a large crowd.  Ingredients:

  • 1, 2 lb. bag of Ore Ida Hash brown potatoes thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion or 1 tbsp. of dehydrated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can of Campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all the above ingredients in a large bowl and spread into a large casserole dish sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.

In a large skillet melt 1 stick of butter and add 1 and 1/2 to 2 cups of Kellogg's crushed corn flakes and stir.  sprinkle over potatoes and bake at 325 degrees for about an hour and a half or till the potatoes are tender.

So Easy and simply delicious!
