Wrapped Chicken

You will need:

  • 8 boneless chicken half breasts
  • 1 package of dried beef
  • 1/2 lb. of beacon
  • 1 container 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 cans of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup ( I have substituted cream of chicken and it worked just as well)

In a large baking pan divide beef into 8 piles.  Add chicken breast to each pile and put a half slice of beacon on top.  In a separate bowl mix the soup with the sour cream and pour over the chicken and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour and a half. 

Serve with favorite side dish.  I like to pile the chicken with some of the gravy on top of a bed of buttered pasta to soak up all the good gravy!
