Hot Crab Dip   

Combine in a bowl:

  • 1 Lb. of Jumbo lump crab meat, remove shells
  • 1, 8 oz. package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons of mayo
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. dried mustard
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Old bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of dehydrated chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped canned mushrooms
  • 1 capful reconstituted lemon juice
  • 1 cup grated mild cheddar or 4 cheese Mexican cheeses by Sargento

Place in a 8" or 9" square casserole pan and sprinkle with more cheese and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min.

Serve hot with Ritz crackers.
