Hot Crab Dip
Combine in a bowl:
- 1 Lb. of Jumbo lump crab meat, remove shells
- 1, 8 oz. package of cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons of mayo
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dried mustard
- pinch of garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. Old bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of dehydrated chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped canned mushrooms
- 1 capful reconstituted lemon juice
- 1 cup grated mild cheddar or 4 cheese Mexican cheeses by
Sargento
Place in a 8" or 9" square casserole pan and sprinkle with more
cheese and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min.
Serve hot with Ritz crackers.
