Pineapple Bread Pudding
- 1, 20oz. can of crushed pineapple, drained
- 3/4 cup of melted butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoanut
- 6 slices of cubed bread with crust removed
Beat eggs, sugar and butter then fold in pineapple and cocoanut
and bread and turn into a buttered 8 or 9 inch casserole dish and
bake for about 30-40 min. on 350 degrees.
Double this recipe to fill large casserole dish.
