Pineapple Bread Pudding

  • 1, 20oz. can of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3/4 cup of melted butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoanut
  • 6 slices of cubed bread with crust removed

Beat eggs, sugar and butter then fold in pineapple and cocoanut and bread and turn into a buttered 8 or 9 inch casserole dish and bake for about 30-40 min. on 350 degrees.

Double this recipe to fill large casserole dish.
