Linda's Hot Rolls

Start with 2 cups of hot water and 1 package
of active dry yeast. Add 1 stick of melted Kraft Parkay margarine,
2 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar and about 2 cups of flour. I add a tsp. of
salt to mine for added taste. Add approximately another 3 cups of
flour, kneading until dough is elastic and yet still a little
sticky. If you have a kitchen Aid mixer, use your dough hook and
let the machine do all the hard work for you.
Put in a large greased bowl, I use cooking
spray and also spray the top of the dough and cover with
cellophane wrap and a towel and let rise till twice it's size ,
about an hour.
Punch down dough. Melt some more Parkay (about 1/2 stick) and pull
pieces of dough about golf ball size or a little bigger, and
stretch and dip into margarine and roll up, seem side down into a
large baking pan. Continue till all the dough is used and pour
remaining margarine on top. Cover again with cellophane wrap and
then a towel and let rise till twice it's size and then bake at
375 degrees till golden, about 25 min.
Warning: Do NOT substitute any other kind of
margarine or they will not taste the same!
Yum Yum!! There's nothing like the smell of bread baking!!
ENJOY!!
