Poppy Seed Chicken

·        3 whole chicken breasts cooked until tender

·        1 cup sour cream

·        1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1 can of milk

·        ½ cup of chicken broth

·        1 roll of Ritz crackers

·        1 stick of butter, melted

·        1 tsp. poppy seeds

Cut up cooked chicken into chunks.  Combine sour cream soup, broth, poppy seeds and chicken and place in a 9x13 inch pan.  Mix cracker crumbs and butter over chicken and sprinkle extra seeds on top and bake for 30 min. at 350 degrees.  I like to double the topping recipe because it is just so good.  Serve over steamed rice.
