Barbecue Chicken Kabobs

I use about 8 to 10 chicken thighs with the skin and bone removed.  I cut the thighs into strips about an inch or so wide and marinade them for about 2 hours in Kikkoman low sodium Teriyaki sauce.  (You may also add a few pieces of chicken breast but be sure to mix it in with the thigh meat.)

Next you will need wooden skewers soaked in water at least 20 minutes before you use them, or use metal skewers.  Place the meat on the skewers 3 or 4 pieces at a time and preheat grill to Med. high.  Using a brush, paint all sides of the chicken meat with Sweet Baby Rays Honey barbeque sauce and grill till tender and done.  They take only a few minutes on each side to grill.  Serve with extra sauce if you like.

These kabobs are so good!

Enjoy!!
