German Chocolate Wine cake

(must use metric measuring cup)
In a large mixing bowl mix:
250 g. softened unsalted butter
200 g sugar
5 egg yolks

Then sift in:
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cocoa
1 packet of Oetker vanilla sugar
1 packet of Oetker baking powder
250g. flour

Add:
1/8 of a liter red Bordeaux wine
In separate bowl whip 5 egg whites until stiff
In another small bowl shave with potato peeler 100g. of small shaving
pieces of solid dark Chocolate Candy bar
Fold in the egg whites then the chocolate shavings carefully and our into pan
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven in a greased and floured Guglhupf pan
(small yet tall bund pan)
After 10min. on 350 turn down to 325 degrees total of about 40min.
Let cool and sprinkle with 10x sugar and slice and serve

A very different chocolate cake!
