Sausage Gravy

In an iron skillet or other skillet crumble a regular size package of Bob Evan's Original flavored sausage.  Cook on medium high heat till done adding 2 to 3 tablespoons of lightly salted butter.

Blend in 3 heaping table spoonfuls of flour till all the grease is soaked up.  Now, add milk a little at a time until a nice gravy consistency is reached.  Add a sprinkle or two of salt and pepper to taste and serve over your favorite biscuits.  I use Pillsbury southern style biscuits because they taste as good as my homemade ones and they are fluffier.  I also serve scrambled egg as a side dish.  My sister Ellen makes the best sour cherry jelly I have ever tasted and I love to serve it with these biscuits as an extra good thing.

Now, how easy is that?  Try it!  You'll love it!
