Spinach Dip
- 1 small box of frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and
squeezed dry
- 1 pkg. Knorr Spring Vegetable Soup mix
- 1 16 oz. container of sour cream
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Hollow out a round
loaf of seedless rye bread, pumpernickel or crusty white bread and
serve with the dip in the hollowed out bread and the extra pieces
for dipping. Let rest for a while in the refrigerator, about
an hour or so before serving. You can omit the spinach if you like
to have a milder version of a vegetable dip.
