Broiled Salmon Fillets with Dill Sauce

To prepare the salmon, rinse the fish fillets and let set covered in milk in a flat dish for at least an hour.  Place on a cooking pan (or heavy duty foil if grilling).  Sprinkle with a little salt, paprika, garlic powder and dried dill weed.  Place several thin pats of butter on the fillets and grill, bake or broil till fillets are flaky about 15 min. or so.

In a small sauce pan bring 2 to 3 tbsp. butter to melt on med. low heat and add a heaping tbsp. of fresh dill chopped finely.  Add 2 tbsp. flour and stir till pasty.  Then add enough milk to make a sauce and allow the mixture to thicken.  Add 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/2 cup sour cream and remove from heat.

Serve the sauce with the salmon.

ENJOY!!
