Glazed Pecans

½ stick of butter
1 egg white
½ cup sugar
1 lb. shelled pecan halves
pinch of salt
Melt butter and pour into a low baking dish (jelly roll pan works great)
Beat egg white until stiff add sugar and salt and beat till fluffy. Stir in pecans until well coated. Spread on baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for about 30 min. stirring every 10 min.
Great Snack! And works well as a gift!
