Balsamic and Roasted Garlic Marinated Steak
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. chopped roasted garlic (from a jar)
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 and 1/2 lb. beef boneless top round steak, 1 to 1 &1/2
inch thick
In a resealable large plastic bag, mix all the ingredients
well. Add beef and turn to coat and refrigerate for 8 hours or
overnight turning beef occasionally.
Heat grill on high to sear in the juices of the beef and place
beef on the grill and brush with marinade and cover, turning and
brushing again till the desired doneness you like best and remove
from grill and allow to rest a min. or two, then serve slicing the
meat across the grain. Serves six.
