Dill Dip

In a medium mixing bowl combine:
16oz. sour cream
16oz. of mayonnaise ( I use Hellman's)
2 tbsp. minced onion ( I use dehydrated)
2 tsp. dill
1 tsp. Season All by McCormick
Optional, 4 oz. of chopped black olives ( I usually leave this ingredient out unless I know for sure there are black olive lovers in the crowd)
Hollow out a round of seedless rye bread, pumpernickel or white bread and use the inside pieces for dipping
Mix dip and let set for an hour then pour into bread shell and serve with pieces for dipping.
Also great with carrot sticks, celery, or try a German favorite of Kohlrabi cut into sticks for easy dipping
