Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza Casserole
- 1 lb. Bob Evans Sausage Roll
- 12 oz. package of wide egg noodles cooked and drained
- 2, 14 oz, jars pizza sauce or 24 oz. of Marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 oz. of sliced Pepperoni
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Crumble the sausage into a
med. skillet and cook over med. heat until browned, stirring
occasionally. Remove and drain on paper towels. In a
large lightly greeased casserole dish layer one half of the
noodles, one half of the sausage, and one half of the remaining
ingredients. Repeat with second layer but reserve several
pepperoni slices to garnish the top.
Bake for 35 to 40 min. and serve immediately. Serves 6 to
8.
