Lemon Poppy Seed Cake
1 pkg. Pillsbury yellow cake mix
½ cup sugar
1/3 cup Mazola corn oil
¼ cup water
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
3 tbsp. reconstituted lemon juice
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a bunt pan or tube pan with
vegetable spray. Mix all ingredients and pour batter into pan bake
for 40min. or until tested done and cool
Glaze:
½ cup 10x sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Mix and drizzle over cake (You can add a little yellow food
coloring for effect to the glaze)
Simply delicious!
