Zesty Spaghetti

I got this recipe from my good friend Marrilee Moore.  She made it for a church dinner at her church and I just happened to be there also enjoying the food and company.  This salad was refreshingly different and I just had to have the recipe.

Crunchy Chicken Casserole

This recipe is so good it got a standing ovation from a Ministers luncheon we had at our church.  I got it from my friend Pam Osteria.  I of course tripled the recipe for all those men with big appetites and served it up with a side of wild rice, cranberry sauce and green beans and a mixed green salad.  My friend Nellie Fadeley helped me in the kitchen.  We baked assorted cream pies for desert.  It was so much fun feeding a bunch of hungry men and when they appreciate it with applause, it makes all the work worth it!  Truly a labor of love!

Easy Cheesy Potato Casserole

This recipe comes from my sister Ute.  It's the easiest and fastest way of making a good potato dish that feeds a crowd when time is important.  I have used it many times for buffet style dinners.

Macaroni and Cheese Florentine

This is a very easy and tasty side dish but add ham to it and it becomes a casserole meal.  Try it.  It's creamy and good and so easy to make!

Broccoli Casserole

This is a good recipe and a great way to add a "good for you" vegetable to your dinner table.  Broccoli disguised as a casserole!  Wow!  We know that vegetables are good for us but they don't always taste great.  This is one recipe that proves to taste good.  Give it a try and you'll see.

Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

Here's a recipe with a new twist on taste.  If you like Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza, you're bound to like this one.  It is another easy as pie recipe that takes little effort to make.  Men love this dish, wonder why?

Spinach and Ham Pasta Toss

This is a quick and easy pasta dish that you can make in a hurry.  I have never met anyone that didn't like pasta.  It is comfort food with a capital C.  If I wasn't born a German, I would have certainly been born an Italian, I'm sure of it!  I love pasta of any kind!

Angel's Delicious Cabbage Casserole

This recipe was given to me by Katherine Bray who just happens to be the movie and singing star, Queen Latifa’s, Grandmother.  She had this casserole for a luncheon board meeting of the Inspirational Women Organization in Harford County, Maryland . It is simply delicious and such a different tasting casserole.  I immediately fell in love with it on the first bite and asked for the recipe!  It comes from her daughter Angel, Queen Latifa's aunt. Try it! You will love it!
